I had a problem with my old furnace and Baggett’s employees were very courteous and efficient, completing the repair that same day. Because of the age of my unit, I asked Jeremy about replacing it. He was honest but did not pressure me at all. Kirt came and explained my options, but again, not pressure. He was fair and presented me with a very reasonable price. The crew that came and removed my old unit and installed the new one, Jeremy, Jesse, and Brittany were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was thoroughly pleased with their work and their dealing with me. I am an extremely well satisfied new customer. I will definitely recommend Baggett’s Heating and Cooling.
