The technician has a well-stocked truck and can solve many problems on site. Once the diagnosis is made the tech will go over the repair options and quote an upfront repair price. You will be able to approve or decline those repairs before any work is completed.
Peak Season Policy: At Baggett Heating & Cooling, we are committed to 100% transparency. We have a peak season policy that non-maintenance club members must pay the diagnostic fee upfront. This is non-refundable if the customer cancels. We must do this to keep our team working efficiently in our busiest season.
