Preferred Customer Maintenance Plan members are not required to pay upfront to hold a service appointment; non-maintenance plan customers are. This makes it easier for us to book you faster. Also, you (the owner) can place a credit card on file and set a repair limit so minor repairs can be taken care of without waiting for approval from you. All repairs must be approved while we are on-site, if a return trip is required for repair because we couldn’t get authorization, return trip fees could apply. Having a card on file with a pre-approved limit would prevent this in most cases and get your tenants taken care of faster.
HVAC malfunctions can range from minor to major, and it’s hard to predict what can be solved the same day or not, but the commitment to our Preferred Customer Maintenance Plan members is always prompt and informative.
