Please welcome the newest member of our team, Cole Smiley.
Cole is originally from Marlow, OK, and is the middle of five siblings. Baggett is certainly not the first stop on his career ladder, he joined the US Army in 2014 and served for five years as a Sergeant in the infantry. Lucky for us, he met and married his wife, Autumn (a local), and is now permanently calling Clarksville home. After deciding to exit the military, with the assistance of the Campbell Strong Workforce Partnership (https://fortcampbellstrong.org/) he attended a local trade school for HVAC and then found a work home here at Baggett. Cole is excited about becoming an expert in maintaining your comfort at home, and his short term goal is to become NATE (natex.org) certified. We will be sending him to additional trainings through the fall to help him achieve that goal by years end.
Our entire team has been and continues to be an instrumental part of his training and they are more impressed all of the time. They have described him as dedicated, polite, kind, eager to learn, honest, and a hard worker who wants to do what’s right for the customer.
