Our heat pump went out the weekend before Christmas- because of course it did. We’ve had Baggett out before, for maintenance and loved them, so that was who we immediately called. Fortunately, it was warm and we have a second furnace, so we didn’t need an emergency service call. We called on Monday and they came out, found a minor electrical issue with the thermostat that was covered under the service/diagnostic cost. The tech was really awesome and done in just a few minutes. We, of course, were relieved!!
