For more than 30 years, Baggett Heating & Cooling has helped the people of Clarksville – Montgomery County Come home to comfort.

1974 – Paul Baggett establishes Baggett Heating & Cooling on Hwy 48/13
1978 – Allen Owen begins as a subcontractor with Baggett Heating & Cooling
1978 – BHC becomes designated Quality Contractor with TVA’s Energy Right Program
1986 – Allen Owen buys company from Paul Baggett
1986 – Company moves to Franklin Street
1992 – Company moves to Dover Road and New Providence Boulevard
1995 – Awarded TVA’s “Highest Quality Performance Index and Volume Award”
1996 – Company moves to Kraft Street
2001 – Allen Owen’s youngest daughter, Alana, graduates from MTSU
2001 – Alana Owen Ward joins the company
2002 – Alana Owen Ward becomes General Manager
2005 – Alana Owen Ward is licensed by state as Master Mechanical Contractor
2006 – Alana Owen Ward becomes 51% owner, Alan Owen is 49% owner
2007 – Alana Owen Ward becomes 100% owner
2007 – Company moves to 825 Main Street

We specialize in the design and installation of residential comfort systems. We have installed or replaced equipment in as many as 3,000 homes in the Clarksville area.
